Online check-in FAQs

Can I request an early check-in?
Yes, we ask you to confirm your arrival time when checking in online. An early check-in is not guaranteed though. If you want to guarantee one, please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.
When can I check-in online?
You can check-in online two hours after making your booking, until 8pm on the day of arrival. If we have your email address, we will email you the link to do so at 5pm the day before arrival.
What happens if I arrive at the hotel early?
If you arrive earlier than the standard check-in time of 3pm, please head to reception. The team can let you know if your room is available. If not, they will be happy to store your luggage until it is ready.
Will I start receiving marketing emails if I check-in online?
No, we will only send you marketing emails if you explicitly give your consent. You can do so by ticking the relevant checkbox when filling in the guest details during online check-in. If you are already subscribed to our marketing emails and want to opt out, please reach out to us at [email protected].
How long is my data stored for?
How long we hold your data depends on the applicable regional regulations of the country where you are staying, as well as GDPR requirements. If you wish to enquire about your personal data, please reach out to us at [email protected].
What data does the hotel store?
We collect and store the same information during online check-in as we do when you check in at the front desk.
Why do I need to pay in advance?
This enables the entire check-in process to be completed online in advance, which saves time on arrival. If you’ve requested a digital key, we also need the payment in advance to be able to issue one. We do not ask for any deposit online. If you wish to leave a card on file, you can do so at reception at any point during your stay.
